What It Means to Be a beMatrix Partner
beMatrix® has partnered with Total Show Technology (TST) as a premier LEDskin® provider in the exhibition service market through their exclusive bePartner AV program.
beMatrix customers regularly request referrals for AV partners that have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and superior AV expertise and services. The purpose of the beMatrix partner program is to ensure that these referrals meet the needs of beMatrix customers. The program has been limited to a select group of companies in the U.S. and Canada.
The selection committee is formed of beMatrix exhibit builder partners and beMatrix senior management. Before being chosen as a beMatrix partner, TST had to demonstrate the following:
- Significant investment in beMatrix LEDskin inventory
- Completion of beUniversity training by key company employees
- Ability to rent beMatrix LEDskin to end users and beMatrix customers
- Willingness to cross-rent with beMatrix AV customers
- Ability to serve clients across the U.S. and Canada
- Efficient order intake procedures and superior customer service
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with beMatrix customers and providing LEDskin rentals
