TST’s journey began when founder Rick Pollock transitioned from managing AV operations at GES Exposition Services to leading the AV division at Heritage Display. In 1996, Rick took a leap of faith and purchased Heritage’s AV equipment and assets, forming a new company: Trade Show Technical.
With a lean, passionate team based at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Rick set out to create a company that would invest boldly in technology and talent. “I realized early on that event companies that wanted to stay relevant and competitive in the industry would need to make an investment,” Rick says. “I was ready and willing to make that investment.”
And invest he did. Over the years, TST evolved beyond trade show support to offer full-scale event production for corporate clients, associations, nightclubs, and exhibitions. With cutting-edge innovations like video walls, beMatrix LEDskin, and a full suite of immersive AV solutions, the company rebranded to Total Show Technology in 2018 to reflect its expanded capabilities and growing market reach.
