Rick Pollock - Total Show Technology

Rick Pollock
Founder and President

Rick Pollock, owner of Total Show Technology, has over 34 years of experience in the trade show, hotel and convention business in Las Vegas. During that time, 13 years were spent gaining valuable managerial experience with the nation’s largest trade show producer, GES. Rick formed Heritage Technical Group in 1995, out of which Total Show Technology later emerged in 1996, to grow and become the trusted company it is today.

Rich Cornish - Total Show Technology

Rich Cornish
Director of Sales

Rich Cornish has worked steadily in the audio-visual industry since 1988. In 1992, Rich became an Account Executive who assisted with managing GES’s in-house audio-visual operation at the Las Vegas Hilton hotel. Rich joined TST in 1995, in the Operations department. For the past eight years, since 2008, he has been TST’s Director of Sales. Rich’s positive, can-do attitude is exactly what clients are looking for and why they keep coming back.

Tim Dunlap
Senior Account Executive

Tim Dunlap is a new member of the Total Show Technology (TST) team. Tim has over 30 years of industry experience and formerly worked at LMG, DAV Productions, and Audio Visual One, providing audio visual solutions and support for conferences, trade shows, general sessions, special events, and nightclub live events. Tim has an industry reputation for customer service excellence in the midst of complex, high-pressure events, providing exceptional execution from the beginning to end of each event. He has deep experience working with event producers, exhibit builders, marketing teams, and large corporate clients across many industries and experience at multiple venues throughout the United States.

Dan Gilmore
Operations Manager

Dan Gilmore started with TST as an audio-visual technician in May 1999. He advanced over the years to his current position of Operations Manager, and he oversees equipment sales and installations. Dan holds a CTS Certification from InfoComm Academy and a Control Systems Certification from Extron.

Jason Hinck

Jason Hinck has been with TST since the company was founded in 1996. He currently oversees inventory management, used equipment sales and corporate IT. He is continually expanding his knowledge base by pursuing certifications from CompTIA, the Computer Technology Industry Association. CompTIA provides cutting-edge training on today’s computer and audio-visual technologies.
