The former Rental & Staging Network (RSN) announced on August 10, 2022, that it has rebranded itself as the Event Production Network (EPN). The goal of the rebranding is to capture the organization’s evolution from contributor to a full-service event creator.

The evolution of EPN members becoming full-service event production companies started about a decade ago, but the trend accelerated during the pandemic. Over the last two years, EPN companies began adding new team members on the creative side and investing in new technologies to keep pace with expectations from a world that had quickly embraced high-end programming on streaming services.
The network’s members, including Total Show Technology, offer services that run the complete gamut, which includes live event production, event management, video services, audio services, lighting services, networking, rigging, creative services and content services.
Exceptional Event Production for a New Age
Each year, Total Show Technology (TST) team members participate in the Event Production Network Leadership Symposium. This year’s symposium is being held at the Crowne Plaza in dynamic downtown Indianapolis, Indiana.
The theme of this year’s Leadership Symposium is Fuel to Drive Your Success. The program goal is to help drive growth and leadership development. Attendees include corporate, department, and project leaders from EPN’s 26 member companies throughout North America. Each year, TST team members share event production expertise and lessons learned, as well as gain critical industry insights from their fellow EPN members.
In addition to education, Event Production Network is about networking and relationship building with industry peers and vendor partners. Gatherings provide an opportunity for all members to meet with extended teams and put a focus on core values of community, trust, and shared knowledge.
This year’s Leadership Symposium focuses on the Fuel to Drive Your Success, with the goal of helping attendees strengthen bonds and grow in their roles. Members come together to reinforce the organization’s core values of community, trust, event collaboration, and shared knowledge. Breakout groups for executives, project managers, and emerging leaders also offer daily opportunities for discussions and joint learning.
These relationships and this willingness to share knowledge and expertise are more important than ever now that the industry is evolving rapidly to include virtual and hybrid meetings, trade shows, and conferences, and live events. Workshop-style sessions enable company leaders and project managers to share ideas, solve problems, and learn from each other. This exchange of ideas has continued as the member companies, including TST, have evolved their business models to incorporate full-service in-person event support and virtual and hybrid production capabilities.
