RIMS 2019 Best of Show
Is it important to have the right audiovisual technology in your tradeshow booth? Ask RIMS 2019 best of show winners.
At RIMS 2019, AV technology was the “make or break” between blending in with the pack and garnering lots of attention throughout the four-day event. As it turns out, the right technology can differentiate a booth from a sea of other booths, giving the client a memorable wow factor that compels attendees to take notice.
RIMS 2019 Best of Show
At the recent RIMS 2019 conference held at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, the booth that won the Best of Show in the Large Booth Category was designed and built by a nationally known exhibit house in partnership with TST.
A panel of judges, including several corporate trade show marketers and event managers, evaluated hundreds of exhibits at the event and gave the booth 6 votes out of 7 for the custom-designed, interactive, experiential display. TST built the client’s large booth with 360 beMatrix LEDskin panels (multiple linked video walls), as well as supported our client and our exhibit designer with audio and video integration.
Booth appeal isn’t easy to come by. First and foremost, a custom, eye-catching booth design should integrate audio and video technology strategically to draw the attention of attendees from close up and from across the room. Incorporating the right technology creates visual appeal and buzz and makes attendees want to engage.
At our client’s award-winning booth at RIMS 2019, interactive video played on 15 video walls in the booth, offering a striking digital experience. In addition, all outer video walls played synchronized video at different resolutions, and directional audio technology for each video wall enabled concentrated acoustics to be projected to discrete areas.
RIMS 2019 Trade Show Exhibit Design
The RIMS 2019 professional development conference for the Risk Management Society hosts 10,000 industry professionals, 400+ exhibitors, and 300+ speakers from 70 countries. The four-day event offers more than 160 educational sessions, keynote presentations, networking opportunities, award presentations, and an expansive Exhibit Hall with nearly 400 exhibitors.
RIMS 2019 is the largest risk management event of the year, and the RIMS 2019 Marketplace Exhibit Hall is the largest exhibition dedicated to risk management in the world. Capturing the notice – and imagination – of thousands of attendees is no small task in such a large exhibition hall.
