Electric Daisy Carnival, commonly known as EDC, is an electronic dance music festival organized by promoter and distributor Insomniac. The flagship event, EDC Las Vegas, is held each year in May at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. It’s the largest electronic dance music festival in North America. This year’s EDC experience, including performances, installations, and LED technology, was the best one yet.
The prevalence of technology-fueled experiences at the Las Vegas electronic dance music festival signaled the future of festivals to come. This year’s show saw the return of the Pixel Forest, where headliners could play video games while catching sets, as well as the Coinbase NFT Gallery area and the Silent Disco in Downtown EDC.
